Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Ash Recreation & Design, LLC (“we”, “us”) operates ashrecreation.com. This page explains what information the site collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information you give us
The only information this site collects is what you type into one of our quote request forms: your name, phone number, email address, and anything you write in the message field. We use it for one purpose, which is to respond to your enquiry about a playground project.
How our quote forms work
The quote request forms on this site are not hosted by us. Each one is a form supplied by LeadConnector, embedded in a frame on our page. When you load a page that has a form on it, your browser connects to LeadConnector to fetch the form, and a small script from that service runs on the page to size the frame correctly.
What you type goes to LeadConnector rather than through this website, and it arrives in the account we keep with them. Because the form is theirs, it can set its own cookies or similar storage in your browser, and LeadConnector receives your IP address and browser details as part of serving it. Their handling of that data is covered by their own privacy policy.
If you would rather not use the form at all, call or email us using the details at the bottom of this page and nothing is sent through LeadConnector.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs that include IP addresses, browser type, and the pages requested. These logs exist for security and reliability and are not used to build a profile of you.
We do not run analytics on this site, we do not place advertising or social media pixels, and we do not run behavioural advertising or track you across other websites. Apart from the form embed described above, this site sets no cookies of its own.
Third parties
Three third parties are involved in running this site:
- Vercel hosts the website.
- LeadConnector supplies the embedded quote request forms and receives what you submit through them.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on these pages.
We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only where we must to answer your enquiry, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay in our LeadConnector account, and in any email or notes that follow from them, as part of our normal business records. If you would like yours deleted, email us and we will remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to brian@ashrecreation.com and we will respond.
Children
We design play spaces for children, but this website is intended for the adults who plan and fund them. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
